All products sold on our store are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color or design preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence showing the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund

Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery or without photo evidence will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns

We do not require customers to return items for approved claims.
In most cases, defective or incorrect items will be replaced without requiring a return.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, except for goods that are custom-made or personalized, which are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.

Where a right of withdrawal applies:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
